8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Accuracy or reliability of indicator signals
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Any specific trading results or profits
• Compatibility with all versions of TradingView

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazy Trader AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lazy Trader AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your license to use our indicators will immediately cease.
