1. The Service

Lazy Trader AI is a market-monitoring and information app. It surfaces publicly available data — including options flow, congressional disclosures, institutional 13F filings, dark pool prints, news headlines, and earnings calendars — alongside AI-generated summaries and educational content.

The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Lazy Trader AI is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary. The Service does not execute trades on your behalf.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Alerts, summaries, and content are generic in nature and not tailored to your personal financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

You are solely responsible for evaluating any information before acting on it.
You should consult with a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.
Past performance, including any examples or case studies shown in the Service, does not guarantee future results.
AI-generated summaries are best-effort interpretations and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

3. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading and investing in stocks, options, derivatives, and other financial instruments involve substantial risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. Options trading is particularly risky and may not be suitable for all investors. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You must not be located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service would be unlawful.
You must not be on any U.S. or international sanctions, denied-persons, or specially-designated-nationals list.

The Service, including software, design, content, trademarks, logos, and AI-generated outputs displayed through the Service, is owned by Lazy Trader AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Market data displayed in the Service is sourced from third-party providers and exchanges, and is subject to their terms and licensing restrictions. You may not redistribute market data.

8. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. By purchasing, you authorize us (or the applicable app store) to charge the payment method on file according to the subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellations apply to future billing periods only; we do not generally issue refunds for partial periods.
App store purchases (Apple App Store, Google Play) are governed by the applicable app store's terms in addition to ours.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including brokers, data providers, and content publishers. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models to summarize data and generate context. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or misleading. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content, and you must independently verify any information before acting on it.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazy Trader AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lazy Trader AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use of the website.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions) will survive.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to waive any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.
